All bookings must be made via a system called School Cloud.  Bookings open one week before the event.

You will not be able to book appointments until the date and time they open.

Once appointments open, they should be made through SchoolCloud, an online booking platform by clicking the button below. Bookings are on a first come first served basis.

All Parents’ Evening communications will be issued via Arbor Parent Portal or School Cloud.  You will be advised of the opening dates prior to the event.  If you do not have the Arbor Parent Portal, please email Enquiries@shhs.org.uk for assistance.

Please note the information you log into School Cloud with to book appointments must match the information we hold on our records.  If any of your personal details have changed please email enquiries@shhs.org.uk so we can update our records to allow you to book.
