Pathways provides information, guidance and hands-on experience to students interested in studying at university and exploring a career in Law.
Run by the Sutton Trust in collaboration with partner universities and employers, Pathways helps students develop the skills they need to navigate higher education and the workplace.
Pathways to Law at Newcastle University includes:
A programme of events run by Newcastle University (or partner employers), including academic taster lectures, skills sessions, wellbeing sessions, CV and personal statement support, networking opportunities with professionals in the industry, and the opportunity to make new friends.
The opportunity to take part in a work experience placement or an industry insight week with a leading organisation in the field.
The chance to attend a summer residential or online conference packed with talks, skills sessions and workshops.
For in-person programmes, all costs are covered by the Trust and Newcastle University, including travel, accommodation, food and activities, which means it is completely free of charge for students to attend.
